DeepStore provides a full records management service and offers both long-term and ‘active’ storage; for which they provide a 24-hour retrieval and delivery service across the UK. The natural atmospheric state underground provides the perfect environment for storing documents and sensitive or fragile materials. There is no UV light, no risk of flooding or lightning strikes, no moisture and no pests. The temperature remains at a constant 14ºC all year round together with a humidity band of 60-70%.

A high level of security is a key feature of DeepStore. Those visitors going underground have to go through two separate security checks, one to get underground and another to enter the DeepStore area. It is also possible to have separate secure rooms within the facility as a further level of protection.
